Rene Caron - Charted Accountant (CFO)

Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Ordre des Comptables Agree du Quebec since 1989. He holds a BAA in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a certificate in accounting from Sherbrooke University. Prior to joining the Company, Rene served as a Chief Financial Officer for various international companies (publicly traded and private) and has worked with the renowned accounting firm KPMG. He also possesses extensive knowledge and experiences in various type of industries.
